Royal Academy of Dance
We've already filmed our first ballet exams of 2026,
with more planned for the spring term.
IDTA
We held an IDTA exam session on WEDNESDAY 2ND JULY 2025, with visiting examiner Mrs Sharon Berry. Students took a variety of exams including rosette awards for our younger students, tap and street dance exams and medals, and adult medal tests. The results were really great! Well done everyone!

Which exam levels do we offer?
RAD Dance To Your Own Tune Demonstration Classes Levels 1 & 2
RAD Ballet Exams and Class Awards from Pre-Primary to Grade Eight
RAD Solo Performance Awards from Grade One to Grade Five
RAD Intermediate Ballet
IDTA Rosette Awards for young children
IDTA Tap Grade Exams and Classwork Assessments from Preparatory upwards
IDTA Adult Medal Tests
IDTA Medal Tests/Theatre & Street Dance Stardance Awards where appropriate
Who takes exams?
All our pupils are given the opportunity to take exams, as appropriate to their age and ability, and are entered at the teacher's discretion.
Exams are not compulsory.

Unfortunately our show, scheduled for July 2020, had to be cancelled because of Covid19.
